When do you arrive at my house?
Most clients choose weekly service, but we also offer bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanups. For all services, time slots are booked in advance so they fit you the best. For more info, don't hesitate to contact us!
Do I need to be home for the service?
Not at all1 As long as our team has access to your yard, we’ll complete the cleanup and let you know once it’s done.
What do you do with the waste?
All waste is bagged and disposed of responsibly, following local regulations.
How do you secure my yard after you visit?
Our team takes both your family and your dog's safety seriously. After performing our services, all gates are securely closed the same way we came in, and our staff is trained to double check every time. We also always send clients pictures of the closed gates after each visit.
How do you prevent cross contamination and stay hygenic?
Our team members disinfect themselves and our equipment between each home to avoid cross contamination between clients homes. Rest assured, hygiene is one of our top priorities and never compromised!
How do I know you will do a good job?
After a service is completed, our team members take photos of the yard to showcase the quality of the work. In special circumstances such as heavy snowfall, or liquid waste we make adjustments to clean up as well as the situation allows us, but If anything is missed it will be cleaned up at the next visit.
