Our team takes both your family and your dog's safety seriously. After performing our services, all gates are securely closed the same way we came in, and our staff is trained to double check every time. We also always send clients pictures of the closed gates after each visit.

Our team members disinfect themselves and our equipment between each home to avoid cross contamination between clients homes. Rest assured, hygiene is one of our top priorities and never compromised!

After a service is completed, our team members take photos of the yard to showcase the quality of the work. In special circumstances such as heavy snowfall, or liquid waste we make adjustments to clean up as well as the situation allows us, but If anything is missed it will be cleaned up at the next visit.
